These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through this website and associated payment pages operated by VK Trend Education.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions concluded through this website and its connected sales funnels. A “client” refers to any individual or entity who completes a purchase via our secure payment platform.

2. Age Limit

Purchases are intended for individuals aged 16 and above for digital products, and 18 and above for services such as coaching, workshops, and programs.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are final once submitted.

Prices are stated in MYR and may be updated at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and associated payment processors. All major credit cards are accepted.

Your legal contract is with VK Trend Education, and the charge on your bank statement may appear under “VK Trend Education” or an equivalent payment descriptor.

5. Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, digital access to the purchased product or service is granted automatically after successful payment. In some cases, manual activation may be required within 24–48 hours.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated on the order page for a specific product or service. Exceptions may apply only in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors.

7. Personal Data Protection

By purchasing, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for transaction purposes and customer communication. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
